Should you, however, order items that are unsuitable for whatever reason, we are here to make your returns as smooth as possible. You can email us at info@exnative.com for a return address or if you have any questions or concerns. 

Within the US - Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.  

International - We allow 10 days for international exchanges and returns from the date of delivery. 

Opening Packages
Please open your packages with care, and do NOT cut open your package with scissors. We will not accept the return of an item that was damaged when opening the package.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging that it was received. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE GRANTED UNLESS ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:

  • The hang tag is intact
  • No rips, cuts, or tears in the fabric
  • No stains on the garment
  • No perfume or any other scent

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promotional items (when a discount code is applied) cannot be refunded, however, exchanges can be made if items are available.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying for items to be returned.

Customers should always consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $75.

Exnative is not responsible for returned or exchanged items that are lost in transit. We will not replace items that don’t make it back to us.
